“I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. It was unacceptable that a toilet without a door. Afterward, the toilet has no heater! Heater should be a basic facility of a hotel in……

“Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though.”

“A great place to stay for our entire crew of 7. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and the owners were extremely helpful and nice. Parking was great for our large van as well. Nice neighbourhood and plenty of food options. A few items to note: the beds were fairly hard, the dryer did not work very well, the BBQ was small and electric, and the keypad on the front door was a bit tricky at first. Small things that only downgraded it to 4 star instead of 5. Overall, very happy and really enjoyed……
